Government entities must seek reimbursement when a person ignores reasonably posted warnings and closures on trails or parks.

Government entities must seek reimbursement when a person leaves an authorized hiking trail or park boundary to enter a closed area on state, county, or private property with posted closure notices.

Government entities must seek reimbursement when a person enters a hiking trail or park that is closed to the public with posted closure notices.

Effective date: July 1, 2050.
