Requires health insurers to cover mammography services with dollar limits, deductibles, and copayments that are at least as favorable as those for other radiological examinations.

Applies to policies issued by health insurance companies, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations under Hawaii Revised Statutes chapters 431 and 432.

Modifies existing mammography coverage requirements to ensure equal cost-sharing terms between mammography and other radiological services.

Effective date: July 1, 2060.
