• Establishes 3.0 full-time equivalent positions (2.0 senior advisors and 1.0 junior advisor) within the University of Hawaii system to implement the requirements.

• Appropriates funds to the Department of Education and Public Charter School Commission for fiscal year 2022-2023 to ensure compliance with the Act and federal Title IX requirements.
