Requires the Department of the Attorney General to submit annual reports to the legislature no later than 20 days before each regular legislative session containing available data on commercial sexual exploitation of children from the preceding fiscal year.

Report must include data on hotline reports, numbers of suspected and confirmed victims with demographics and risk factors, services provided by state contractors, law enforcement arrests/prosecutions/convictions by county, and gaps in data collection.

Authorizes state officials and departments to share information with and provide assistance to the Department of the Attorney General for purposes of compiling the annual report.

Appropriates general revenues for fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Department of the Attorney General to fulfill the annual reporting requirements (amount left blank in bill text).

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
