Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 353H-2.5 to require the offender reentry office to develop and implement a risk needs assessment tool specifically designed to assess the needs of women offenders.

The offender reentry office continues existing duties including evaluating reentry needs, matching offenders to appropriate programs and services, monitoring progress, and collaborating with community partners and the Hawaii paroling authority.

Department of public safety must submit a report to the legislature on the offender reentry office's compliance with this Act no later than twenty days before the 2023 regular legislative session.

Effective date is July 1, 3000.
