Establishes an initial filing fee of $100 for actions to determine father and child relationship (paternity actions) under section 584-6.

Eliminates filing fees for motions and other pleadings in paternity actions to create cost certainty for litigants.

Exempts determinations of father and child relationship from the no-charge provision previously applied to all termination of parental rights actions.

Achieves parity between paternity and divorce case filing fees, which both now cost $100 for initial filing with no additional motion fees.

Takes effect upon approval.
