Amends Act 201, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021 to modify the task force charged with recommending amendments to Hawaii's parentage laws to reflect modern family structures and concepts.

Adds the department of the attorney general as a co-convening agency alongside the department of health, with a representative serving as co-chairperson of the task force.

Extends the task force's deadline for submitting findings and recommendations to the legislature by 40 days prior to the regular session of 2023 (instead of 2022).

Extends the task force dissolution date from June 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

Takes effect upon approval.
