Appropriates $1,414,054 in general funds, $120,694 in special funds, $1,509 in federal funds, and $14,340 in other funds for fiscal year 2021-2022 to fund collective bargaining cost items for bargaining unit (8).

Appropriates $5,206,873 in general funds, $462,170 in special funds, $5,694 in federal funds, and $51,708 in other funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 to fund collective bargaining cost items for bargaining unit (8).

Appropriates $94,201 in general funds and $4,749 in special funds for fiscal year 2021-2022, and $358,046 in general funds and $17,036 in special funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 for salary increases and cost adjustments for excluded state officers and employees in the same compensation plans as bargaining unit (8) members.

Requires salary increases and cost adjustments for any officer or employee whose compensation is paid from federal, special, or other funds to be paid proportionately from those respective funds.

Allows fiscal year 2021-2022 appropriations to carry forward through the end of the 2021-2023 biennium, with all unencumbered funds lapsing on June 30, 2023.
