Allocates additional $5,093 (FY 2021-2022) and $22,595 (FY 2022-2023) in general funds to the judiciary administration for collective bargaining unit (9) cost items.

Appropriates $15,870 (FY 2021-2022) and $97,066 (FY 2022-2023) in general funds for salary increases and adjustments for state officers and employees excluded from collective bargaining but in the same compensation plans as unit (9).

Appropriates $962,259 (FY 2021-2022) and $4,654,014 (FY 2022-2023) in special funds to the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation for collective bargaining unit (9) cost items.

Appropriates $25,759 (FY 2021-2022) and $120,415 (FY 2022-2023) in special funds to Hawaii Health Systems Corporation for salary adjustments for excluded employees in the same compensation plans as unit (9).
