Appropriates $29,861 in general funds and $102,987 in special funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 for salary increases and cost adjustments for excluded state officers and employees in the same compensation plans as bargaining unit (11)

Requires funds to be allotted by the director of finance to appropriate state departments and allows fiscal year 2021-2022 appropriations to carry over through the biennium, with any unexpended or unencumbered funds lapsing by June 30, 2023
