Establishes a nationally certified school psychologist incentive program within the Department of Education to recognize and support school psychologists who earn the Nationally Certified School Psychologist credential from the National Association of School Psychologists.

Provides a $5,000 annual bonus to each school psychologist who maintains current Nationally Certified School Psychologist certification.

Offers up to $500 reimbursement for completing the certification program components and reimburses the remainder of the national certification application fee upon achieving the credential.

Provides an additional $5,000 annual bonus to certified school psychologists employed by the department who work in hard-to-fill areas as defined by the department.

Appropriates general revenue funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 to support the incentive program, with the amount to be specified; takes effect July 1, 2050.
