Amends Section 514B-121 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to allow condominium association boards to authorize electronic voting devices at meetings, subject to requirements for network isolation and printed audit trails.

Requires printed audit trails from electronic voting devices that include the device reference number, each common interest voted on, and the vote tabulated, with copies available to owners after the meeting.

Authorizes condominium association boards to allow members and proxies to vote by mail and participate in association meetings via Internet, teleconference, or other electronic transmission technology if the board approves.

Requires that members participating electronically must be able to view and hear proceedings, vote on matters, pose questions, and make comments substantially concurrently with the meeting.

Takes effect on July 1, 2022.
