Amends Section 205-4.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes to allow recreational athletic venues and cultural activities that promote the arts as permissible uses on golf courses within agricultural districts.

Applies only to golf courses approved by a county before July 1, 2005, for development within the agricultural district.

These uses are in addition to any other permissible activities or uses already allowed under Section 205-2(d).

Effective date is January 1, 2050.
