Exempts the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) from disclosing certain alternative investment information under Hawaii's public records law (chapter 92F).

Applies the same disclosure exemptions already granted to the Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawaii under Act 71 (2021) to protect confidential information about private equity, private credit, and private real estate fund investments.

Protects proprietary and confidential fund information such as projected performance data and due diligence analysis to prevent competitive disadvantage when soliciting investment opportunities.

Requires references to "system" in the statutory exemptions to be replaced with "fund" when applied to EUTF alternative investments.

Takes effect upon approval.
