• Expands the definition of "mortgage assistance relief service" to include 18 specific activities, adding new categories such as forensic loan audits, securitization audits, and documentation for foreclosure defense regardless of legal advice disclaimers.

• Broadens the scope of prohibited conduct by including services related to audits, reports, and documentation used to challenge lending party enforcement claims or defend foreclosure actions.

• Takes effect on January 1, 2050.
