Extends the Hawaii state earned income tax credit availability from taxable years ending December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2028.

Amends Section 235-55.75 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes to change the sunset date of the earned income tax credit program.

The credit remains applicable to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2017, with the new expiration date of December 31, 2028.

Effective date of July 1, 2050.
