Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 329-101(d) to require dispensers to report information on filling prescriptions for designated controlled substances and dispensing of drug samples in numerical format in real time.

Requires dispensers to report "zero" not less than once every seven days if no controlled substances prescriptions are filled during that period.

Maintains existing requirement that dispensers keep records of filled prescriptions for five years and make them available for inspection and copying by the designated state agency.

Takes effect on January 1, 2050.
