Appropriates funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Public Law 117-2) to support the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum, officially designated as the State of Hawaii Museum of Natural and Cultural History, for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Recognizes the museum as a distinguished scientific, cultural, and educational institution responsible for preserving Hawaii's natural and cultural heritage, including holotype specimens, royal family heirlooms, and over one hundred years of Pacific region research.

Acknowledges the museum's role in addressing contemporary challenges including biodiversity loss, ecosystem collapse, climate change, and climate resilience through its collections and research.

Directs the Department of Budget and Finance to expend the appropriated funds for the purposes of supporting the museum.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050 (note: specific appropriation amount is blank in the bill text).
