Amends Hawaii's sunshine law (Section 92-3.7, HRS) to protect children's privacy during remote board meetings by limiting mandatory disclosure of minors present at nonpublic locations.

Requires board members to disclose only the names of adults (age 18+) physically present with them at nonpublic locations during remote meetings, removing the requirement to disclose minors' names.

Establishes an exception requiring disclosure of minors' names if the minor has a personal business, property, or financial interest in any issue before the board.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
