All University of Hawaii coaching contracts with salaries exceeding $200,000 require Board of Regents approval, with "salary" defined to include bonuses and private funding.

Appropriates $3,600,000 from general revenues to University of Hawaii, Manoa (UOH 100) for fiscal year 2022-2023.

Appropriates $400,000 from general revenues to University of Hawaii, Hilo (UOH 210) for fiscal year 2022-2023 for athletics.

Effective date: July 1, 2050.
