Explicitly includes feral pigs within the Department of Land and Natural Resources' permit system for destroying wild birds, game birds, and game mammals.

Authorizes the department to adopt rules allowing destruction of feral pigs found to be destructive to crops, harmful to agriculture or aquaculture, or constitute a nuisance or health hazard.

Allows the department to adopt rules that no permit or report shall be required to destroy or control game mammals, including feral pigs, during daytime hours on privately owned land when in compliance with departmental rules.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
