Appropriates $150,000 from general revenues for fiscal year 2022-2023 to fund operational expenses of the Hawaii Wing of the Civil Air Patrol.

Directs the Department of Defense to expend the appropriated funds for Civil Air Patrol operations.

Recognizes the Civil Air Patrol's 75-year history of assisting with emergency management, including search and rescue, damage assessments, aerial photography, and disaster response across Hawaii.

Notes that state funding for the Hawaii Wing's operations ceased in 2019 and this appropriation restores support for the organization's emergency services and cadet programs.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
