Allows minors under age 16 to work in theatrical employment with a valid certificate of employment and supervision by a parent, guardian, or designated responsible adult.

Requires employers to hire a nurse certified in basic life support to accompany and supervise infants under age 1 on set.

Requires a studio teacher (licensed by Hawaii Teacher Standards Board or equivalent) to accompany minors age 5 and older when working during school-required periods, and limits studio teachers to supervising no more than 10 minors on set.

Removes theatrical employment from the exceptions previously limited to minors under 14, establishing it as a separate category for minors under 16.

Takes effect January 1, 2050.
