Amends Section 226-64 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to expand membership of the Hawaii Interagency Council for Transit-oriented Development.

Adds four new voting members: Chair of the House Committee on Housing, Chair of the House Committee on Transportation, Chair of the Senate Committee on Housing, and Chair of the Senate Committee on Transportation.

Renumbers existing council member positions from (17)-(22) to (19)-(26) to accommodate the four new legislative committee chairs.

Maintains all existing council members including state directors, county mayors, university president, and community representatives designated by the governor.

Takes effect upon approval.
