Authorizes courts to order forfeiture of one-half of Employees' Retirement System (ERS) benefits for members, former members, or retirants convicted of a felony related to their state or county employment.

Allows designated beneficiaries to receive the reduced benefits upon the death of the convicted employee, unless the beneficiary is also convicted of a felony based on the same set of circumstances.

Defines "related to employment" to include felonies where the employee uses their official position, uses state/county time or equipment, involves bribery, embezzlement, theft of state/county property, or crimes against persons in the employee's custody or supervision.

Requires the ERS to comply with certified court orders reducing payments and prohibits the system from recouping payments made before receiving the forfeiture order.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
