Requests the Auditor to conduct a sunrise review of S.B. No. 1274 from the 2021 Regular Session, which proposes regulation and licensure of school psychologists

Requires the Auditor to analyze whether licensure controls are justified for school psychologists, an currently unregulated profession in Hawaii

Mandates the Auditor submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2023

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Auditor and Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs
