Requests that the United States Congress support passage of H.R. 4803, the Acupuncture for Our Seniors Act of 2021, to amend Title XVIII of the Social Security Act and provide Medicare coverage for acupuncturist services.

Cites National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health studies showing acupuncture is a viable treatment for musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and addiction issues.

Notes that acupuncture is considered safe when performed by experienced, well-trained practitioners using sterile needles and that practitioner training is important to public health and safety.

References the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services' January 2020 national coverage determination that Medicare cover acupuncture services for chronic lower back pain.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the U.S. Senate Majority Leader, House Speaker, and members of Hawaii's congressional delegation.
