Request the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism and Department of Accounting and General Services to conduct a cost analysis study on consolidating west Hawaii state offices into a single complex.

Study should evaluate cost effectiveness, operational efficiency, and public convenience benefits of consolidating geographically dispersed state offices in west Hawaii.

Departments must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the start of the 2023 Regular Session.

Certified copies of the resolution shall be transmitted to the Governor, Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, and Comptroller of Accounting and General Services.
