Requests the State Auditor to conduct a sunrise review of the proposed certification and regulation of community health workers under S.B. No. 2882 from the 2022 Regular Session.

Requires the Auditor to solicit input from current community health workers in the State and evaluate potential cost burdens that certification and regulation would impose on them.

Directs the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2023 Regular Session convenes.

Mandates that certified copies be transmitted to the Auditor and Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
