Requests the Office of Enterprise Technology Services to conduct a feasibility study on developing a statewide interagency system for filing and maintaining documents needed to access government services online.

Directs the feasibility study to identify types of information to include that would improve government efficiency, reduce redundant reporting, and address privacy and security concerns for personal information.

Requires the Office of Enterprise Technology Services to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2023.

Identifies grant-in-aid programs as a priority area for such a system, with taxation, regulatory compliance, government assistance programs, and occupational licensing as additional areas that could benefit.
