The Early Learning Board is requested to conduct an evaluation of its current composition and charter in relation to developing a strategic plan

The Early Learning Board is requested to develop a five-year strategic plan and propose amendments to its charter to guide the Board going forward

The Early Learning Board must submit a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the start of the 2023 Regular Session with findings and recommendations on board composition, charter amendments, and strategic plan development

The report must include any proposed legislation related to board composition and any proposed charter amendments

Certified copies of the resolution must be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Early Learning Board and the Interim Superintendent of Education
