Request the Board of Agriculture to establish a prohibition on unapproved residential uses of farm dwellings in agricultural parks.

Cite residential use of agricultural parks as producing noise, dust, and other nuisances that disrupt nearby communities.

Reference numerous complaints from communities in or near agricultural parks regarding disturbances from residential use.

Require the Board of Agriculture to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than thirty days prior to the 2023 Regular Session.

Direct transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture.
