Urges Hawaii's congressional delegation to introduce and support legislation repealing the $10,000 state and local tax (SALT) deduction cap enacted by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.

States the SALT cap increases state budget deficits, requires offsetting revenue increases or spending cuts, and decreases after-tax income for Hawaii taxpayers.

Argues the flat $10,000 cap disproportionately harms Hawaii residents compared to states with lower tax rates or cost of living, and does not account for inflation or marital status.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the concurrent resolution to each member of Hawaii's Congressional Delegation.
