Request the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism and Department of Accounting and General Services to conduct a cost analysis study on consolidating west Hawaii state offices into a single complex.

Study should evaluate cost effectiveness, efficiency, and convenience of consolidating state offices whose operations are not location-dependent.

Departments must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2023 Regular Session convening.

Certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Governor, Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, and Comptroller of Accounting and General Services.
