Requests the County of Hawai'i to conduct a feasibility study on creating a Marshallese Community Center in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates on the island of Hawai'i.

Directs the study to be conducted in collaboration with Marshallese community leaders.

County of Hawai'i must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2023 Regular Session.

Cites the presence of approximately 1,400 Marshallese residents in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates and over 7,000 Marshallese migrants in Hawai'i overall.

Identifies community center benefits including group activities, cultural preservation, social support, and public assistance for addressing health care and infrastructure disparities.
