Requests the Office of Enterprise Technology Services to conduct a feasibility study on developing a statewide interagency system for filing and maintaining documents needed to access government services online.

Directs the study to identify types of information to include that would improve government efficiency, reduce redundant reporting, and address privacy and security concerns.

Cites the Judiciary's successful statewide online filing system for courts as a model demonstrating the potential benefits of such a system.

Identifies grant-in-aid programs, taxation, regulatory compliance, government assistance programs, and occupational licensing as areas that could benefit from the consolidated filing system.

Requires the Office of Enterprise Technology Services to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2023 Regular Session.
