Urges the United States government to support co-stewardship of wahi kūpuna (ancestral Native Hawaiian cultural sites) with the Native Hawaiian community on federally, state, and locally governed lands.

Requests the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs and partner organizations identify and prioritize wahi kūpuna on government lands and initiate co-stewardship discussions with respective landowners.

Urges federal, state, and local government authorities to consult with Native Hawaiian communities in developing resource management plans and co-stewardship agreements to preserve cultural sites and maintain Native Hawaiian community presence.

Acknowledges that wahi kūpuna are repositories of Native Hawaiian culture threatened by development and are disproportionately underfunded in both private and public sectors.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to Hawaii's congressional delegation, federal department secretaries (Interior, Agriculture, Defense, Commerce), the Governor, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and all County Mayors.
