Repeals Act 192, Session Laws of Hawaii 2007, which required the Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawaii to divest from companies providing significant support for genocide in Darfur, Sudan.

Eliminates the requirement for the public fund to provide annual publicly available reports to the legislature regarding divestment status and related duties under Act 192.

Cites that the United States revoked sanctions against Sudan in 2017 and that President Donald Trump certified in October 2020 that Sudan had taken demonstrable steps to cease atrocities and comply with humanitarian commitments, meeting repeal triggers established in Act 192.

Repeals Act 192 based on the determination that one or more of the statutory conditions for automatic repeal have been satisfied.

Takes effect on June 30, 3000.
