Appropriates $3.25 million in general revenue funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Department of Public Safety (PSD405: $750,000; PSD407: $2,500,000) to address operating shortfalls in quarters 3 and 4.

Reduces appropriations to other Department of Public Safety programs (PSD410: $1,000,000; PSD409: $2,250,000) to offset the new appropriations, maintaining budget neutrality.

Appropriates $2.39 million in special funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 to seven programs within the Department of Transportation (including TRN195, TRN131, TRN135, TRN151, TRN104, TRN133, and TRN597).

Reduces appropriations to six Department of Transportation programs by $2.39 million total to maintain budget neutrality for transportation funding adjustments.

Appropriates $581,642 in general revenue funds to Department of Human Services programs (HMS601: $249,514; HMS901: $332,128) and reduces HMS301 by $581,642 to maintain budget neutrality; effective July 1, 2050.
