Increases the Enhanced 911 Board from thirteen to fourteen voting members within the Department of Accounting and General Services.

Adds the director of the Department of Law Enforcement or the director's designee as a new voting member of the Enhanced 911 Board.

Maintains existing board membership consisting of the chief information officer, three wireless communications service provider representatives, five public safety answering point representatives, the consumer advocate, one VoIP service company representative, and one public utility representative providing telecommunications services.

Takes effect upon approval.
