• Amends Hawaii's Uniform Controlled Substances Act (Section 329-14) to add 7 new hallucinogenic substances to Schedule I, including N-ethylhexedrone, alpha-pyrrolidinohexanophenone, 4-methyl-alpha-ethylaminopentiophenone, and methoxetamine (MXE).

• Adds 6 new synthetic cannabinoids to Schedule I controlled substances list, including ethyl 2-(1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate and related compounds.

• Updates Schedule II depressants (Section 329-20) by adding daridorexant, lemborexant, and remimazolam, and renumbering existing entries accordingly.

• Updates Schedule III depressants (Section 329-22) by adding ganaxolone and lasmiditan to existing depressant substances.

• Takes effect upon approval.
