Requires the department of land and natural resources to identify all state and county roads, landmarks, monuments, and public parks that currently contain the name "Diamond Head"

Requires the department to identify the process for renaming these locations from "Diamond Head" to the traditional Hawaiian place name "Lēahi"

Department must submit a report of findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 regular legislative session convenes

Act takes effect upon approval
