Adds rebates for electric vehicle-ready parking stalls in new construction of affordable housing to Hawaii's existing EV charging infrastructure rebate program, with up to $1,750 per stall for Level 2 circuit installations.

Limits eligible EV-ready parking stall rebates to 50 percent of the total number of such stalls installed in a project.

Defines "affordable housing" as housing affordable to households with income at or below 140 percent of area median income as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Defines "electric vehicle-ready" as full-circuit installation including 208-volt three-phase or 240-volt single-phase power, 40-ampere panel capacity, raceway, wiring, receptacle, and overprotection devices.

Applicants must submit rebate applications within 12 months of installing the EV-ready parking stall, with failure to apply constituting a waiver of the rebate right.
