Increases notice period for month-to-month tenancy termination from 45 days to 90 days, and for week-to-week tenancy from 10 days to 30 days.

Requires landlords to provide 90 days' written notice before increasing rent on month-to-month tenancies, increased from 45 days.

Requires landlords to provide 30 days' written notice before increasing rent on week-to-week tenancies, increased from 15 days.

Establishes 90-day notice requirement for landlords or tenants to terminate fixed-term rental agreements greater than 90 days, and 120-day notice for agreements greater than 2 years.

Effective July 1, 2023, with rent increase provisions applying to rental agreements and renewals entered into on or after the effective date.
