Amends Section 346-53, Hawaii Revised Statutes to increase state supplemental payment rates for adult residential care homes and related facilities effective July 1, 2023.

Increases maximum state supplemental payment for Type I adult residential care homes, licensed developmental disabilities domiciliary homes, community care foster family homes, and certified adult foster homes from $651.90 to $767 per recipient.

Increases maximum state supplemental payment for Type II adult residential care homes from $759.90 to $857 per recipient.

Corrects statutory language by changing "supplementary" to "supplemental" security income.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
