Authorizes public schools to maintain stock supplies of bronchodilators for emergency use during asthma episodes and allows school health aides and authorized employees to volunteer to administer them.

Requires schools maintaining bronchodilator supplies to follow department protocols for employee training, medication maintenance, location, and emergency follow-up procedures including calling 911.

Mandates bronchodilators be prescribed by a physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant with schools designated as the patient, and allows schools to accept donated unused bronchodilators or apply for grants to purchase them.

Requires schools to store bronchodilators in secure but easily accessible locations known to designated staff and to inform parents or guardians about potential emergency use of the medication.

Provides civil and criminal immunity to persons, school districts, schools, employees, agents, prescribers, and pharmacies acting in accordance with these requirements, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, or intentional misconduct.
