Requires employers to pay renewal fees for professional licenses held by employees when those licenses are necessary for job duties.

Exempts employers from paying initial professional license fees, covering only renewals.

Requires employees who leave employment to repay their former employer a pro-rata amount of the renewal fee based on the remaining license term.
