Establishes a condominium voting and elections task force within the department of commerce and consumer affairs consisting of a DCCA representative, one House member, one Senate member, and additional members as deemed necessary.

Task force shall investigate expanding the real estate commission's enforcement authority to include violations of association meeting and board election requirements.

Task force shall investigate creating a condominium ombudsman's office under DCCA, including proposed duties and feasible funding methods.

Task force shall review voting reform needs under chapter 514B, Hawaii Revised Statutes, including proxy voting, board elections, notices, ballots, runoff elections, and ballot envelope forgery with penalties.

Task force shall submit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 regular session and shall cease operations on June 30, 2024.
