Requires the Department of Agriculture to include a statement in the plant and animal declaration form notifying tourists of federal, state, and county laws protecting public monuments, Native Hawaiian cultural sites, burial grounds, and places of worship.

The required statement must inform tourists that protections may exist and direct them to gohawaii.com for more information about desecration laws.

Tourists must affirm on the declaration form that they are aware of the protections and will comply with Hawaii's desecration laws.

Effective date of June 30, 3000 (note: this appears to be a clerical error in the bill text).
