Changes restricted use pesticide reporting from annual to monthly, with reports due within 30 days following the end of each month instead of each calendar year.

Requires monthly reports to include geospatial data up to one square mile, specific site information including commodity or crop details, and quantities listed by pounds of active ingredient applied and percentage of active ingredient.

Expands public disclosure reports by county to include geospatial data and specific site information where restricted use applications occurred.

Requires the Department of Agriculture to develop an online reporting tool for restricted use pesticide reporting.

Effective July 1, 2023.
